Delivered highly successful strategic communications and marketing plan, increasing visibility of the charity to new donors and new beneficiaries: Increased membership numbers and readership of previously print only newsletter through introduction of accessible digital and multi-lingual versions. Introduced online presence across social media and fundraising websites increasing visibility and income opportunities across wider demographic.As income and donors increased, I employed and trained an Assistant to manage her own projects and campaigns, along with two apprentices.In 2012, the charity changed it's name to The Somerville Foundation. I project managed the rebrand and introduced a new website and email system, enabling further successful income opportunities for the charity.
