Helen has worked as one of my Associates and been part of my wider Social Media team for a number of months. She has supported a number of my clients, as well as taking on the social media for my own business channels periodically. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and hard-working and is great at coming up with engaging social media strategies and campaigns for a range of businesses. In particular, her knowledge of the fitness and health sector was of great benefit to a county-wide campaign that encouraged individuals to get more active in the month of June, achieving great results across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. I have worked with several clients as an associate of The Assistant Quarters. These have included an author to help build awareness of her book on Twitter and also being part of the social media team to run a localised health and fitness campaign on Twitter, Instagram & Facebook. This campaign was in it's first year and aimed to get people to take the challenge of doing 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days.
