I have had the pleasure of working with Helen while leading a turn around as GM of HD Architectural Products. The task at hand was extremely challenging and Helen's role as a HR partner to the Architectural Products business was extremely critical to its transitional success during the three years that we had worked together. Helen provided HR support to the business units I managed for Hunter Douglas Ltd. These units were based firstly in Queensland and then Melbourne and operated remotely from Hunter Douglas' head office in Sydney.
