I worked directly with Heleen in the same team, during my 6-month contract role at Macs Adventure. Heleen is a dedicated and thoughtful team player, always ready to pitch in and support others, and a very reliable and capable member of the team. She was ambitious to progress into a product manager role, so that she could take full personal ownership for the development and performance of a product area. Heleen was always seeking to learn from other team members' experiences and to develop new skills, and she is very adaptable to new challenges. Most of all, Heleen is an incredibly warm, bubbly, engaging colleague who was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heleen and have no doubt she has a bright and fulfilling career ahead of her.

I successfully completed a bachelor degree in International Tourism Management at Tio, University of applied sciences. As part of my studies I worked and lived abroad in Australia, Argentina and Scotland. These were valuable experiences that allowed me to complete my degree in a so called 'fast-track'. Whilst working full-time I carried out written research for the work placement companies in Argentina and Scotland. These reports were both written in a minimum of two languages; either Spanish and Dutch or English and Dutch.

The research describes how the hotel can become more competitive by implementing a social media strategy.
