All engineering teams were impacted, changing our alerting philosophy at the same time, improving on-call rotations for our engineers. Contributed to the open source technologies used in production. Now project lead in our transition from AWS Elastic Beanstalk to Kubernetes: establishing the roadmap, setting milestones, priorities & sequencing, coordinating technical decisions across multiple teams.
