I was fortunate to meet Helder professionally from 2017 to 2019. Initially as peers (each of us led a program, I in Spain and he in Portugal, and later in the same European team where he happened to report to me). He was a key pillar of the Customer Experience program, first leading it in Portugal and later driving experience improvements in a key insurance player such as brokers. Both as a partner and as a member of the team, Helder stands out for being a collaborative person, with a very valuable practical and constructive attitude. I have an excellent memory of his ability to handle stress and difficult situations with temperance and a sense of humor, much needed to grease team functioning. He is a professional who stands out for his solvency and seniority and ability to inspire confidence based on keeping his word and the robustness of an orderly and data-based thinking.
