Working with Helder was a brilliant experience, together we achieved many results which generated new and improved business for NOS Madeira. Helder has a great sense of what is the right thing to do, quickly actions issues continuously moving forward and often handles multiple issues at one time, effectively managing each one knowing its priority and severity. From a development perspective, Helder had the drive and ability to learn very quickly and enabled me to step away from the day job, concentrating on other relevant priorities leaving much of the role in a "safe pair of hands". As a new member of a new team, he quickly established himself as that trusted lead, as a member of an established team, one that he helped form, he demonstrated that he is a great asset to any team he works in. He is an excellent example of professionalism. and I would highly recommend him based on his ability, attitude, and dedication. Helder is a must at any company.
