   Verify and validate the periodic technical and financial reports of assigned projects; Maintain up-to-date tracking databases for the assigned projects; Develop project progress reports and ensure their periodic updates; Provide technical support for planning and monitoring-evaluation projects in accordance with donor requirements; Develop E&S screening process of the activities specific to the projects carried out by the executing partners and the consultants; Develop the terms of reference for the concept notes or project proposals; Supervise the work of the consultants, review and evaluate the deliverables; Contribute in the preparation of projects through the writing of concept notes and assessment reports, and the conduct of due diligence and supervision missions; Calculate and validate the M&E indicators of the projects impacts, in particular those related to mitigation and adaptation.
