Hein is an expert in positive psychology. He has published a lot about the topic and has given inspiring lectures. Hein is a great speaker - it's always a pleasure attending his talks. You will learn a lot and it will definitely put a smile on your face. You will go home with many takeaway lessons and you will be triggered to put them into practice. Hein always had a smile on his face ... he studied fields in Germanic philology because he was generally interested, not just because he was looking for a piece of paper, called a degree, or because this was something one is 'supposed' to do ... . Hein is an incredibly optimistic person and although I haven't seen him for years I still believe this to be true today.
