Manage smooth commissioning of the project by coordinating between the Company and the Subcontractors/ vendors. Vessel Under construction: 1. Check & oversee entire piping materials requirement including ordering and arrival status, pumps, equipment, etc on quality till fabrication process by Subcontractors. 2. Check system lines run during fabrication & welding work against approved drawings & specification including galvanizing, chemical pickling and all testing of lines system. 3. Check and verify all installation works of equipment & machineries including proper alignment onboard. 4. Supervise and to approve commissioning plans in accordance with project guidelines, including outline procedures, standards and details for writing the systems manual. 5. Track and review progress in meeting production schedule vide meeting and communications. Vessel Commissioning: 1. Check system readiness including cross check with other trades commissioning team prior to arrangement of vendors for commissioning and testing works. 2. Understand individual equipment vendor requirement and evaluate for duration completion without exceeding allowable given period. 3. Record and compile commissioning report data for summarizing including verification and signing off by all parties concerned. 4. Create an empowering and inspiring work culture within the commissioning and project team. 5. Attain customer satisfaction through adhering to owner guidelines in conjunction with yard standards with the entire project team. 6. Attend all sea trials and observe system operation and to identify and redress malfunction systems and to rectify appropriately. 7. Discuss with surveyor and/or owners on ultimate defect lists and to rectify all punch list at shortest duration. Show less
