Wij hebben Heimrich ingehuurd voor het opzetten van een integrale rapportage over IT kosten voor heel PostNL. Daarnaast kreeg hij de opdracht voor het adviseren en opzetten van een nieuwe control IT organisatie. Hij heeft een gedegen rapportage opgezet met een goede look&feel en ook de achterliggende processen zijn helder opgezet. Ook heeft hij input geleverd voor de nieuwe Control IT organisatie, vanuit een stuk theorie en aangevuld met PostNL specifieke zaken. Hij heeft veel kennis op het gebied van datamodellering en het goed presenteren hiervan.
