Heidi leads by example, with a wealth of management expertise as well as business analysis and operations skills. As a Supervisor at Carlson, Heidi streamlined numerous operations processes, to create efficiencies and improve SLAs. She managed the operations team, and continued to act as the Subject Matter Expert for all Card products. Heidi is also a wonderful individual who is great to work with.
