Heidi and I worked briefly in the same office at WB. She was always very professional, hard working, and efficient. In situations that required a delicate touch between her superiors and employees, she was able to identify and accommodate the needs for both without causing either to respond negatively. After I moved to another department, we remained connected and I still regard her with the greatest professional respect.
