Protocol Education is an agency which supply staff to support in school settings. I've worked in primary and secondary schools in roles including Teaching Assistant, Learning Behaviour Mentor for children with EHC Plans, and SEND one-on-one Support. I believe that children and young people should be respected and given the choice to make the right decisions for themselves; due to this, I find I have a great relationship with CYP and am responded well to in class. I care about inspiring children and young people to believe in themselves and fulfil their potential. Acknowledging that we all learn differently, I make it my duty to find ways to engage CYP which best suit them. Show less
