I had the pleasure of working with Heidi when we were launching a new product. Heidi was a motivated and conscientious teammate, who was dedicated to doing great work and getting better in the process. In her customer-facing role, she relied on her domain expertise to lead discovery meetings and to articulate the vision of our new solution. Heidi was open to feedback and collaborative in her approach. We were lucky to be working on a project that would quite literally improve peoples' (and families') lives and her passion for the cause was inspiring. I would welcome the chance to work with her again!
