Lead strategic trajectory of company operations. Effectively scaled and drove operations through rapid growth of company—nearly 200% over a three-year period.Evaluate and improve internal processes to increase billings: Conduct employee focus groups to receive input on pain points and successes. Take detailed feedback and formulate process changes to achieve big picture goals and higher billings with employee buy-in. Lead employee trainings to institute process improvements. Prepare and analyze financial and performance data to measure profitability and create reliable forecasting. Summarize reports and present to company staff in quarterly meetings to inspire motivation and promote transparency.Manage and evaluate performance of the Operations team, including IT, production, project management, traffic management, accounts payable/receivable, and HR staff.
