Heidi is an excellent catering manager to hire for any event. She really helped the Bearcat Ball rise to the top in 2010! My Board at the hospital has hired Blue Plate numerous times for catering our black tie fundraisers and their food is always terrific and they are always professional. What impressed me most this year in particular was how Heidi went the extra mile for us. She was very willing to work with my volunteer committee and accommodate our sponsors with requests for additions up to the day of the event. She collaborated with the other vendors to make suggestions that both improved the atmosphere of our event and saved us money which really was appreciated. In the end that is everything that I am looking for as a client.
