Heidi is a dedicated HR manager, that have engaged herself to be involved in not only HR management, but also personally contributed to get processes and policies undrstood and adapted to the leaders in heli-One. She has an eye for future way of taking care of the companies interest at the same time taking care of employees needs and rights. She works very well with unions and negotiations around their agreements and have respect in the way she manage to come to agreements that benefits both parties. Heidi is looking forward for better ways to learn and adapt best pratice when it comes to HR work, that being hiring, day to day managing or negotiation on tariffs or salery. She is considered as real, open and caring among others and dedicated to her work.
