Senior manager for business strategy, products and program design for a global program available in over 130 countries, and touching millions of students. Microsoft's Learning Experience team supports Microsoft academic curriculum and certification. Our team defined the strategy and implementation models for new education offers, utilizing resources available across Microsoft. Previous experience includes VP level executive briefings as manager of Microsoft IT Academy (ITA) program. Program benefits, business requirements, data analytics, Learning Management System (LMS), member website, certification tools and infrastructure. Microsoft IT Academy (now called Microsoft Imagine Academy) is a global program that provides K-12 to Higher Education students with technology skills they need to be successful in college and today's careers. The program provides faculty, staff and students with curriculum resources that lead to industry recognized Microsoft certification. I worked across teams and with sales to evolve a program previously limited in scope to a globally recognized program touted by country leaders and governors across multiple states. Engineering Excellence: LSO Business Operations team manager and Program Manager

Responsible for managing worldwide annual capacity planning, forecasting, budget tracking and Learning Management Systems for Engineering Excellence L&D training related projects. Support internal and vendor technical training targeted for Engineering and IT Operations professions. My team maintained the end to end processes, reporting and system requirements required to support the learning business. I owned the global Learning and Development optimization project to define and set strategies to be applied across Sales, HR, Marketing and Engineering Excellence as Sr. Program Manager for all Learning and Development tools. I worked with all cross team stakeholders and the EE systems team to analyze, plan and implement improvements for My Learning the Learning Management System supporting the engineering population at Microsoft. Also manage the tools enabling easy creation of online training, Engineering Network and other business critical sites and projects.

HR Talent & Org Capability: Program Manager

Human Resources Program Manager for deployment of Learning Central the internal corporate Learning Management System (LMS) for all worldwide employees at Microsoft. Assisted in defining the corporate strategy, gathering and implementing cross team business requirements from Engineering Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR and Finance. Provide guidance on: ultimate tool selection, configuration and deployment of Sum Total 7.6 application. This project required multiple levels of communication and executive level project and budget reviews. In this role I also program managed the design, development and release of the Development Activities Resource Tool. The tool was released in 2007 and provided all Microsoft employees access to over 11,000 resources related to their job, role and profession.
