  Whilst in my Senior Team Leader position I also for a period of time covered the above role. I had managerial and budgetary responsibility for depot operations which included the refuse, recycling and garden waste collection rounds. Also the Streets Cleansing, Grounds Maintenance and Pest Control Teams. This was a staff base of 100 and the fleet and maintenance activities associated with their work.
