-Management & Oversight of Programs: Independently develop and manage programs with budget planning, operation/goal planning, policy & procedure establishment and system maintenance for Finance, Information Technology, and Auditing areas of the Children's Mental Health Services Branch.-Application System Administrator & Security Officer: Internet-based case management, financial management and contract management application administrator and Security Officer; manage IT team of developers, system specialists and Help Desk staff; implement and revise relevant policies; ensure compliance with the implementation of the regulations, facilitate training and provide technical assistance. -Children's Outpatient Medication Management Clinic Operations and Administration: Under direction of the Children’s Medical Director, coordinate/oversee operations of a children's medication management clinic; Project Administrator of the clinic's transition to a community location under a WI DHS 35 license. -Oversight of IT Applications for the Children's System of Care: As the administrator, lead case management, financial management and contract management tool transition to new electronic system through discovery, change management, implementation and ongoing maintenance/training for the System of Care expansion and Children's Integration. -HIPAA Advisor: Advise and oversee the Children's HIPAA Compliance Officer to provide guidance and policy interpretation and generalization.
