When our customers have issues with their dental software, I remote into their computer and troubleshoot to root out the cause of the problem. Then I efficiently resolve their problem. If I notice there are other issues that are easily fixed, I will do those also while on the call. I do this to avoid the customer's need to call us back again. I also work with the customer to teach them how to use the software, especially if they are new to Dentrix. I began working there as the front desk, making appointments, billing insurance, helping the patients select glasses and dispensing them at pick up. When the doctor opened a practice in downtown Seattle in the Columbia Tower, he promoted me to office manager where I was responsible for ordering the glasses from the vendors, billing the insurance, helping our patients, and being responsible for the storefront.
