Heidi was a great colleague to have in the Evaluation Fellowship Program at the University of Minnesota. Her expertise in the areas of evaluation, youth development and project management was most helpful to me while shaping the core components I needed for my work project. Heidi brings together personal work experience, education, and insight in to her thought processes to help clarify the most necessary parts of developing a comprehensive measurement plan with outcome indicators. I look forward to the possibility of working with Heidi in the future as she would most beneficial as we move forward with our upcoming projects

Heidi was handed some new AmeriCorps members for a new literacy initiative at two different CommonBond sites. She was not our direct supervisor, but it was up to her to coordinate our efforts and make sure our programming succeeded. She met with us, brainstormed with us, managed our budget, procured curriculum funds and then the curriculum itself, and basically gave us everything we needed to make the Minnesota Reading Corps start-up possible. Heidi met these challenges with a fantastic sense of humor, quick and effective problem-solving, and seemingly endless patience. I very much hope to work with Heidi in the future!
