      Title of the thesis: "Impact of the attribution of value to difference in and out of the self, interculturation and lists of "safe, racialized" psychologists towards intercultural consciousnesses." This thesis aims to understand how our relationship to otherness is constructed based on three dimensions: neurobiological, psychological and cultural. In other words: what is the possible link between the relationship to otherness, intercultural identity (Denoux 1980), consciousness and the very feeling of self in the sense of Antonio Damasio (1999)? This work is part of a praxeological approach and thus, through a current social problematic in the field: "the polemic raised by the lists of "safe and racialized" practitioners denounced by the Licra (2020)". The aim is to question why lists of "safe and/or racialised" psychologists exist, and to understand the links between psychological, neurobiological and cultural processes. And thus to detect which factors are obstacles and/or levers in the construction of our relationships and attribution of value to cultural difference and therefore to otherness. In other words, at the root of this work, we are trying to understand: "What is difference? Why do human beings discriminate? ". We perceive the creation of these lists as a symbolic act and we question many aspects: Why do these lists exist? What do they mean for psychologists and for the general public? Are these lists a symptom of an impossibility of meeting between individuals? At the crossroads of political, psychological, sociological, neurobiological, anthropological and philosophical issues, we will attempt to provide some tentative answers. We wish to propose the emergence of an intercultural protocol (body, psychology, culture) which would allow to favour the acceptance of otherness. Show less
