      I was responsible for managing the growth and development of the commercial income stream through ourLettings Ltd, utilising the School’s facilities and resources to raise additional funds, which are then reinvested into maintaining the School estate. I am also responsible for overseeing the hiring of our sport facilities whilst ensuring that a balance is struck between maximising commercial benefits and providing facilities for the School’s use. Main Duties: Liaise with Catering Manager to confirm catering requirements and related staff/food costs. Liaise with Cleaning Manger to confirm proposed arrangements and set-ups. Negotiate and produce contract hire agreements. Check appropriate risk assessments and insurance certificates to ensure the external group has all necessary Health & Safety and other legally required standards in place. Produce and provide hirer with safety briefings on fire evacuation etc. Maintain excellent working relationships with all group leaders and key contacts from outside groups to maximise repeat bookings. Manage all external lets’ fees and expenses, liaising with hirers and CoLA’s Bursary team to raise invoices and manage debtors.Monitoring current and forecast income against the outside lets’ budget.
