Uses various sources of recruitment. To ensure documents, references and other verification process. Handle the Exit Interview process and FNF Formalities. Assisting the HR manager with other HR activities. Working on Attrition and Retention as per RYG Report. Over all work of PF , ESIC , Gratuity, PLI. Handling Bio-metric enrollment, Sharing Bio-metric Dump to MIS Team and Attendance correction. Maintaining records of and Uploading IR / ZTP consult in Employee Management System portal. Taking care of Versant Test for chat process, Pmaps Test, Amcat Test, Updating G Sheet for hiring. Employee ID creation of new joining. Interview closure and sharing selection letter. Making Experience letter, Relieving letter, Salary slip, LOI letter. Show less
