(As per batch)  Maintaining employee referral data.  Uses various sources of recruitment.  To ensure documents, references and other verification process.  Handle the Exit Interview process and FNF Formalities.  Assisting the HR manager with other HR activities.  Working on Attrition and Retention as per RYG Report.  Over all work of PF , ESIC , Gratuity, PLI.  Handling Bio-metric enrollment, Sharing Bio-metric Dump to MIS Team and Attendance correction.  Maintaining records of and Uploading IR / ZTP consult in Employee Management System portal.  Taking care of Versant Test for chat process, Pmaps Test, Amcat Test, Updating G Sheet for hiring.  Employee ID creation of new joining.  Interview closure and sharing selection letter.  Making Experience letter, Relieving letter, Salary slip, LOI letter.
