In November 2017 Rogue Wave Software acquired ZeroTurnaround. I led complex recruitment projects and was responsible for the recruitment function in our European offices. I trained new members in our recruitment team and coordinated their work. My main focus was filling technical roles in Europe and leading sourcing efforts in US and Canada. Our goal was to hire passionate people with the right mindset. In order to do that, we worked together with the global recruitment team on different recruitment initiatives – implementing a new ATS, creating an onboarding process for all the locations, revamping our interview process etc. In addition to recruitments, I ended up dealing with some other HR related tasks as well – employer branding strategy and activities, coordinating relocation process, coordinating onboarding, employment relations etc. Show less

I was the main partner in recruitments for IT units in Estonia and worked with managers from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden. I managed recruitment projects from the start to the end which means that I was responsible for all the activities related to recruitment, for example compiling job advertisements, doing active search and headhunting, interviewing, personality tests etc. I have recruited for many different positions, some examples: developers, testers, system analysts, architects, application administrators, infrastructure engineers, database administrators, department managers etc. In addition to IT recruitments I have had several projects: I was responsible for managing trainee process meant for IT.
