Working closely with Hedda in the same project for over a year, I say it's been a great experience. Set out to build an application for customers to gain overview and insights into their own performance, Hedda made sure our team gained the insights and information necessary to make the right prioritization and to focus efforts towards value for users. Taking ownership and lead for the user experience process, start to finish, the team was able to turn interviews and insights, into prototyping and implementation within a short window of time. She's structured and methodical and will bring a lot of experience and knowledge to the table. Hedda is a great team member who will make sure the team's focus stays on the value created for the business.

      Today, collaborative work such as idea generation, information transfer and complex decision-making often require a physical presence. This depends on today's technology which is not able to capture and display all this information in an easy way. The focus of this master thesis was to research how remote collaboration och communication can be enhanced, primarily by focusing on facilitating the activity of turn-taking. Hedda had the role as UX designer & pre-study leader. She had the responsibility to research user needs, select methods for the UX-process, create low and hi-fi prototypes. Hedda also had the role as scrum master. This project was a collaboration between Semcon AB, Ericsson AB, TouchTech, Chalmers, ETH Zurich, AVS, Intelliconcept i Schweiz.
