      Plan, organize, and control the resources necessary for the proper management of the Warehouse, related to storage conditions, effectiveness in the use of manpower and equipment, preservation of products in stock and satisfaction of customer’s needs.Responsible for control of the Warehouse main processes considering Reception, Inspection, Storage, Delivery and Dispatch of all materials and equipment, ensuring that they are easily identified by users and Warehouse Staff.Creation, maintenance and improvement of the Operations Processes and Procedures (Logistics and Warehouse) related with Receptions, Storage, Delivery, Dispatch, Inventory, and Safety (Forklift Operations, Manual handling, Control of Hazardous Materials). Permanent identification of opportunities for process improvements and developing Key Performance Indicators with Flowcharts (Visio) as management tools, in order to control logistics and warehouse operations.Responsible for the development and keeping an Inventory well controlled, managing the inventory of products/items effectively, so they can be tracked quickly and easily in both electronic files (Excel) and software (CMMS-Navision). Responsible for managing Inland Transport Contracts Coordinate Inland transport within II and RM region, considering timely delivery of material in close coordination with users, Procurement (AUI/ESO), suppliers and transporters.
