Provided dedicated service as the senior Academy Military Training Instructor and principal advisor to senior leadership staff at both the Air Force Academy and Air Force Academy Preparatory School for future Air Force Officers and Leaders of Character and future Air Force Academy Cadets. Was directly responsible for the leadership, management, military training, drill and ceremony training, character-building, mentoring and morale, welfare and discipline of over 4,600 cadets and cadet-candidates.

Assisted the Head Coach in management of daily and weekly training, of 60+ elite cadets/inter-collegiate student athletes for the seventeen-time NCBA National Champion USAF Academy Falcons Boxing Team. Conducted administrative support and coordinated and directly supported major event planning for home fight card events. Program awards included 2012 NCBA National Title and two NCBA All-Americans.

Academy Military Training Instructor

Oversaw daily management of administrative, disciplinary, human resource, education and training and morale operations for over 110 cadets as Academy Military Training Instructor. Instructed future military officers in military training, customs and courtesies, military history and military readiness through classroom instruction for over 100 hours of Military Commissioning Education to 400 cadets. Was directly responsible for the military drill and ceremony preparation and training for a staff of 20 personnel and 1,100 cadets.

Directly coached seven U6 - U16 boys and girls teams at both the Developmental and Competitive levels for the largest club organization in Southern Colorado. Assisted the Director of Coaching in administrative and logistical support in addition to managerial, education and training assistance of 12 staff coaches. Conducted multiple age-group-specific training sessions, annual tryouts and summer camp sessions in addition to regular formal and informal player evaluations. Assisted in event management operations of four-day major annual club tournament of 300 clubs/6,000 players.
