Hector worked in my team for slightly over a year as an intern after leaving school and before starting his university course. As part of his year Hector was involved in such a wide variety of tasks, many directly with clients and partners. This experience means he has already ran partner and client business development campaigns and is very confident at presenting in front of senior teams. Very early on, we recognised his skills in innovation and great ideas. Hector learnt so much during the year and we would love to have him back after graduation!
