Heba brings a refreshing brilliance to employee learning and development. Heba worked as an instructional designer on a global HR new employee onboarding program team I led for a year. We asked Heba to come into a manager training project that was already underway, but needed some guidance and work to produce an OnDemand eLearning. She collaborated with team members from around the world to create an amazing training in Articulate Rise that teaches all managers about the hiring and onboarding process and the role and responsibilities managers play in the process. Her creativity, her collaborative approach and instructional design experience were critical to making the project team a success.
