Heba was my colleague from 2005 through 2009 at Global Investment House, Kuwait. During that period, the organization had enjoyed high business growth and that meant everyone had a higher workload and too many deadlines. During that period, Heba was the sole support staff for the large investment banking team and hence had a decent work load with tight timelines. She carried out her tasks efficiently. She was supportive and fun to work with. As colleagues do, Heba and I had our share of arguments too but got back to working together as if nothing had happened.
