I got acquainted with the VA (Virtual Assistant) term thanks to the book "The 4 hour workweek" by Tim Ferris. It literally changed my life when i tried to emulate the plan and tactics in the book. Having a VA was a key piece in the whole puzzle. Freeing your time thanks to having someone RELIABLE, that you can trust even with your credit card, personal info and that can execute whatever mechanisms you put in place to do tasks is usually excruciating. I failed and failed and failed with so many, in upwork (odesk) and other platforms. When you finally get it right, when you find the right person to be your VA, life changes! I'm saving you precious dollars/pounds here! Heather IS THE ONE. Besides being proactive, professional, well mannered, kind and even tender to me and my team, she managed to anticipate what we needed and helped us out with it. We do videogames and apps for a lot of clients. Having here or someone in her team as a personal VA or as an extension of your company is a SURE BET. We have her considered for much more things in the near future of our company and endeavors. As a team member or a leader, Heather earns my highest recommendation.
