I worked with Heather when she designed a report for Transformers Foundation. Figuring out what the report should visually look and feel like was intimidating for me and far out of my comfort zone. But with Heather, I always felt confident that I was in good hands. She made the process smooth and clear - outlining the steps and giving me a roadmap for what to expect and when. I knew I could rely on her to deliver things on time. She also went above and beyond, especially when we needed to find pragmatic solutions to unexpected blips. The fact that she brought such a pleasant and cheerful vibe to the process was the icing on the cake. Oh, and of course it goes without saying: the report is stunning!
