Throughout the year, I interned at the transitional age program assisting individuals in creating and implementing goals, I taught mental health classes at the Rose Garden Center; a psychiatric rehabilitation program, I supervised employees in a clerical training program, and assisted clients in finding jobs after completion of the clerical or janitorial training programs offered at the Rose Garden Center. Furthermore, I helped my supervisors in researching and completing various projects to implement new ideas at Keystone, went to clinical meetings and helped come up with new ideas, went to meetings to create a better and easier referral and intake process for new clients within Keystone, and went to Leadership Council as well as events affiliated with Leadership Council to advocate for individuals with mental illnesses.
