Heather as myself worked as part of Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) in association with the University of the West of Scotland. KTP’s are set up for forward-thinking businesses’ to deliver business lead innovative projects. KTP’s require a set of skills to ensure the successful completion of a strategic business project, including leadership skills, the ability to adapt to new information, managing timelines, and working effectively with relevant stakeholders and multiple teams, to name just a few. Heather embodies these skills and then some. At the annual KTP Associates conference 2022, Heather was chosen to conduct one of the keynote presentations as part of the event on her own KTP development.
