Heather is a hard working and detail person who keeps confidential information confidential. She was asked to do more and more over the years as Advocate was a growing company with limited staff. She always stepped up and did what was asked of her in an excellent fashion. Heather isa great employee and works well with others. She was an asset to both my department and the company as a whole while she worked at Advocate. I strongly recommend her to any employer.

Heather Toler and I worked together for approximately 7 years at a startup company. We were 2 of approximately 8 employees and thus we wore many hats. Heather took a simple administrative role and broadened it an Executive Assistant position, handling many tasks for both the President and Vice President with professionalism and charm. Heather became responsible for the Human Resources details and duties and maintained our information discreetly, professionally and responsibly. I truly enjoyed working with Heather she is a very cooperative and outgoing person. A quality I really took notice of and appreciated of what her initiative. If there was a problem or a need, she readily stepped in and coordinated the solution and/or fascilitated compromise between the employees.
