In my 8 years working in the Franklin Pierce Career Center, Heather has been great to work with. She gives great feedback to our students on their resumes, interviewing skills, internships, LinkedIn portfolios, Demo Reels, and more. She recommends a lot of students to come to the Career Center, she brings us in as guest speakers to her classes, she brings her students to attend our guest speakers and encourages her students to attend our special events. She is a terrific colleague and a pleasure to work with.

Heather is one of the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. She helped us create a company website that was well thought out and reflected exactly the image we wanted to present. She is wonderful to work with: calm, patient, friendly, and an excellent communicator. She has a great attitude and I appreciated how closely she was willing to work with me to determine our needs—even happily accommodated last minute changes. I learned so much working with Heather during this project: she sees the big picture and guided us throughout the process, explaining everything and always gently reminding me to consider the minute details. The website was fabulous, completed in a timely manner and exceeded all our expectations! Heather clearly cares deeply about her work and the needs of her clients and co-workers. I can confidently say she would be an asset to any organization.
