  Provided a network of communication capabilities to outside units for deployment missions and during field operations. Provided detailed administration duties for leadership to account for numerous Marines and communications equipment on a daily basis. Accounted for three million dollars of Cryptographic gear, kept detailed records, and maintained accurate inspection documents for higher echelons. Taught communication capability classes to a variety of Marines on different levels to provide and understanding of job performance. Leadership and mentorship was provided to Marines on a daily basis for the young men and women in my platoon. Installed, operated, maintain, and supervise advanced transmissions operations; develop site plans for Line of Site (LOS), troposcatter and satellite communications systems, coordinates the development of the Communications Electronic Operating Instruction (CEOI). The Transmissions Chief is responsible for training, security measures, employment of transmission equipment, systems integration with networks for all elements of transmission, data communications, wireless architecture and cyber security.
