Justin P.

I was an undergraduate student of Dr. Stanley's while at the University of Lethbridge Edmonton campus. She taught the course Women and Gender Studies and was very engaging, kind, and knowledgeable instructor. She addressed contemporary issues facing gender and taught me to reject common misconceptions. Furthermore, she was always interested to listen to students and encouraged classroom discussion. Her course changed the way I look at issues facing gender and I have endeavoured to champion the cause of gender equality and help others recognize the importance of such a choice.
