My responsibilities include guest problem resolution, allocating and addressing employee concerns, interacting with guests and clients, conducting employee reference checks and scheduling interviews, VIP relations, developing, formatting, proofreading, and editing a wide variety of written correspondence; including preparation of letters and reports, maintaining executive committee calendars including travel arrangements, recording meeting minutes, entering and retrieving information from databases, competitive benchmarking research, outside publicity tracking, and quality assessments. I have furthermore had the opportunity to be a part of several committees including: The Anniversary Party Planning Committee, Quality Improvement Teams, and the Peer Review Panel.
