Consummate professional - that is who Heather is! I had the opportunity to work with Heather on a major recruiting project. Besides her recruiting skills, Heather has outstanding organization and project management skills. She oversaw a major HR call center project where over 60 new employees had to be hired in a 2 month period. Her processes were impeccable and the project was completed on time and within budget. Heather handled this project while going to school. She has an excellent work ethic and is a joy to work with. I am fortunate to have met and worked with Heather. Now, I not only have a great colleague, but more importantly a great friend.
