Job Details Description Directly supervises therapists, case workers, family support workers and office support staff. Ensures client satisfaction and resolves conflicts. Responsible for case staffing, performance improvement, and development of staff. Meets regularly with assigned team staff to provide case consultation and feedback on performance. Prepares annual evaluations. Participates in on-call list for 24 hour coverage and for any crisis intervention. Provides leadership for staff to ensure timeliness and accuracy of process and documentation. Assigns cases maintaining appropriate staffing ratios of therapists to children/families. Liaison with DCF, courts, schools, providers, and communities. Promotes a positive relationship. Assists in the transition of clients. Monitor and approve expenditures. Implements policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), rules, personnel policies and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms. Reports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels. Ensures clients’ rights are protected. Is knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.
