• Worked on a major website redesign project for the UNION website. This involved working with many internal stakeholders, specialists, and a third-party agency. I took this placement as I had become interested in marketing through liaising closely with the department during my freelance work. During my time in the department, I was given a lot of responsibility within the team and had the opportunity to work on several challenging projects. • I produced corporate videos and multi-media presentations to showcase the company’s products and facilities. I was responsible for creating all aspects of these projects from initial storyboarding to editing. • The end products were well received. They became incorporated into the customer facing website and were shown at international trade events. Successfully undertaking these projects led to a six - month internship with the company.• I had to liaise closely with both the marketing departments and other staff. On occasion there was a conflict of ideas between the two. I therefore had to hone my negotiating skills to help combat such challenges and support more collaborative working to ensure the project was completed to satisfaction and without delay.
