Heather is a fount of obscure knowledge and practical logic who somehow sugar coats her expertise in a quirky candy cover that leaves you feeling like everything is going to be OK because she is "on it". And the best part, she really and truly has "it" handled! Whenever I worked with her, I found that she was an amazing team member time and time again, with an ability to ask exactly the right clarifying question to avert outright disaster and the technical know how to do more than say "this is going to hurt!" Heather is an awesome and any team with her on it will only have one regret: ... that they can't clone her... ... Legally.

      Project: Bureau of Elections AutoMARK Implementation. Implemented and tested a new voter assist terminal (VATs). Responsibilities included updating voter registration records and fixing errors in the information, calibrating and testing the AutoMARK, answering questions over the phone from voters or directing to the appropriate person, and data entry. Assisting analysts in processing campaign finance reports. Specifically selected for this project from its beginning. Calibrated VATs for voters with various disabilities to vote unassisted. Trained on the proprietary calibrating software for three different ballot types. Actively involved in various troubleshooting meetings.
