      Like my previous roles, I am self-employed Document controller.I deal with all admin / paperwork on site and use 4 Projects - their choice of Document control system.I work with on site, the project director, mechanical managers, project managers, electrical site managers and all supervisors.Other duties I have are filing, updating & issuing - meetings minutes, drawings, tech subs, PODS, RAMS, O&Ms, Inductions, Timesheets, Schedules, Toolbox talks, Safe starts and much more.I work 2 separate sites eventually with this firm too, one site at canary wharf and the other site in Greenwich (opposite the 02) working in the same office as the client at Greenwich, so we have a close relationship with all members of staff that work for Ardmore.I also on this job, have started using a program called Nitro Pro.

      I was a self-employed, site administrator, I dealt with all admin / paperwork on site and managed the office.I also alongside this am a PA to the senior QS and Project manager making sure meetings are booked, minutes are taken, keeping stock of supplies on site, delivery notes and data entry.       I was a self-employed, holiday cover, Document controller for 2 and a half weeks on the Blackwell reach site in Poplar.In this role I have learnt a few more skills to add to the usual jobs I do whilst I document control, for example in this role I have learnt how to use Asite which is a very similar system to the ones I have used before (conject and Viewpoint - 4 projects).And on top of that a different way of completing and sorting requisitions, more site admin templates, concrete test cube reports and concrete pour inspections. All things now I can add to my skill set.

      I was self-employed with this role covering a 1-and-a-half-year Maternity cover position. Blu-3 are a groundworks and landscaping company in and around London. I work alongside the black hats, and project managers completing all tasks needed office Wise, throughout the day and I did all this for 4 separate sites in the whole of the London area for Blu-3.

      i was a self-employed front of house construction site assistant / Document controller.Willmott Dixon is a main contractor that during my time here (due to my work & reliability) was promoted to then eventually run, two separate sites – one was the Sutton secondary school and the second was the Hack bridge primary school.I did everything paper work wise and ran the front desk – I greeted visitors and clients, answered all phone calls and filtered / sign posted them to the correct staff.I also helped with inductions by setting them up with fingerprints on the bio site system, kept record of all staff on and off site for timesheets, ordering site equipment and stock, take minutes and attend meetings, and at the end of every month I had tocomplete monthly reports in regards to all waste, gas, electric, water and staffing on site that month, along with managing the CCTV cameras. I was in the main office and so that means I work directly beside all the project managers,supervisors, quantity surveyors and directors. MI Projects and 4Projects, were the two document control systems used on this job.
