Core Job Responsibilities: * Develop manual and automated test plans for web, Android, and iOS applications. * Implement automated tests using Appium, Selenium, or similar tools. * Have a key role in deciding which tools to use and how to best use them. * Perform manual and automated tests of web and Android embedded systems applications. Identify software defects and enhancement ideas. * Work with the product team to research customer requirements and determine how best to meet the customer's needs. * Log defects and track until issues are resolved. * Work with the tech support team to reproduce escalated customer reported problems. * Work with the operations team to develop automated reliability tests for the Club Car cloud systems. * Perform on-vehicle testing. * Participate in daily stand-ups and bi-weekly planning sessions.
