Heather is both a skilled facilitator and trainer who is passionate about her work. I've been fortunate to sit in on several of her trainings and found her to be an engaging speaker who makes learners feel like it was time well spent. Whether leading a sensitive discussion or providing a training on fundamentals, Heather is well equipped to ensure all learners master new skills. Her positive energy is such a gift and I am so pleased we are colleagues.

Heather is by far my favorite facilitator at Seven Counties. Even through the transition from face-to-face to Zoom Heather's infectious positive energy is still tangible. Heather is dedicated to ensuring each individual she teaches feels comfortable and empowered, checking in with you individually during the more difficult topics and creating an environment that welcomes questions. As daunting as Zoom is, Heather has tackled it with grace and perseverance.
