As Relationship Manager for the InRule User Community, Heather is responsible for growing business relationships, managing communications, and serving as the point person for ROAD services and maintenance for our existing community members. About the InRule User Community (IUC)We actually view the organizations that license our technology for internal use and those that embed it for commercial use (aka OEM) along with our various partners as a community (see more about our customers and partners under the top navigation above.) We focus on the common interests of the IUC along with what may appear to be unique challenges one or a few IUC members face as a way to guide the InRule Product Roadmap and the Services & Support functions that the community can leverage for optimum results from an investment in InRule. Ongoing communication with IUC is key. Each year we host the InRule User Community Meeting (IUCM) in Chicago – IUC Members can interact with one another as well as InRulians sharing rule technology experiences and ideas that drive InRule enhancements and innovation.
