During this time period, I have found Heather to be a strong leader with solid project management skills, excellent communication skills, business savvy, and always willing to take on challenges for herself or for her team. She has consistently demonstrated her ability to work across the orgainzation and management layers to ensure goals and objectives are achieved. She is willing to take risks and the responsibility that accompanies those risks. She is fair, honest, has an enormous amount of energy and is an asset to the organization.
